I often enjoy reading the DC Clothesline, but must suggest that this is one of the worst (best?) examples of scaremongering and baseless nonsense I’ve ever seen them publish.  There is no doubt that pouring any kind of toxin into the ocean is a bad idea, but seriously… The Fukishima plant is not pouring 300 tons of radiation into the ocean every day.  It is pouring 300 tons of radiation tainted water into the ocean every day.  No one seems to be publishing the level of radiation in the water.  Something is killing organisms in the Pacific.  This study seems to make that clear.  Let’s not jump to conclusions, but let’s let the scientists figure out what’s going on.
